It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Exmouth Local Planning Scheme amendment on 5 November 2021 for the purpose of— 1. Rezoning a portion of Lot 100 Koolinda Way, Exmouth from ‘Public Open Space’ to ‘Light Industry’; and 2. Modify the scheme Map accordingly.
