These regulations amend the Mining Regulations 1981. Regulation 2 is amended to delete the definition of Director Operations, Resource and Environmental Compliance Division and insert definitions for GM Mine Closure and Environmental Services and GM Mining Environmental Compliance. Regulations 32A and 33A are also amended to reflect these changes.
