These regulations amend the Mining Regulations 1981. Amendments include changes to definitions and prescribed offices related to Resource Tenure and Environmental Compliance Divisions within the Department. The regulations come into operation on 22 January 2018, except for regulations 1 and 2, which commence on the day of gazettal.
