These regulations amend the Mining Regulations 1981. Regulation 86AD is amended, deleting and inserting definitions related to Platts freight rate, Platts index, and Platts midpoint price. It also modifies the calculation of royalty value for iron ore, including considerations for shipping costs and market factors.
