These regulations amend the Mining Regulations 1981. Regulation 64(1a) is amended to delete “section 58(2)(a).” and insert: section 58(2). Regulation 86 is amended to include Bauxite, Chromite, Coal, Ilmenite, Iron Ore, Leucoxene, Manganese, Platinoids, Rutile, Sand, Silica, Silver and Zircon.
