Declaration under section 12(1) of the Act that Rhinella marina (Linnaeus 1758) (cane toad) is a prohibited organism for the whole of the State. Under section 22(1) of the Act a prohibited organism is a declared pest for the whole of the State. Assigned to Category 1(C1)—Exclusion WA Off-shore islands and south of the 20°S parallel, and Prohibited keeping Whole of State. All previous declarations relating to the organism are revoked.
