Declares certain organisms as prohibited organisms and declared pests for the whole state.

The organisms listed are declared under section 12(1) of the act to be prohibited organisms for the whole of the state. Under section 22(1) of the act a prohibited organism is a declared pest for the whole of the state. The organisms listed are assigned to the control category 1 (c1)โexclusion under regulation 8 of the biosecurity and agriculture management regulations 2013. All previous declarations under the act relating to the organisms specified are revoked.
