The organisms listed are declared under section 12(1) of the act to be prohibited organisms for the whole of the state. Under section 22(1) of the act a prohibited organism is a declared pest for the whole of the state. The organisms listed are assigned to the control category 1 (c1)—exclusion under regulation 8 of the biosecurity and agriculture management regulations 2013. All previous declarations under the act relating to the organisms specified are revoked.
