The organism Notamacropus rufogriseus (Desmarest, 1817) is declared a prohibited organism for the whole of the State under section 12(1) of the Act and regulation 8 of the Regulations. It is assigned to control Category 1 (C1)—Exclusion under regulation 8 of the Biosecurity and Agriculture Management Regulations 2013. All previous declarations under the Act relating to the organism specified are revoked.
