It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and development act 2005 that the minister for planning approved the city of mandurah local planning scheme amendment on 14 december 2023 for the purpose of— (a) modifying clause 3.4, table 4 of the scheme by adding the following— no description of land additional use conditions a2 portion of lot 9001 on plan restaurant/café (d) development shall be in accordance 7468 coodanup (lot 69 on with the standards prescribed for a wapc approval 154023) restaurant/café in a ‘local centre’. (b) amending the scheme maps accordingly.
