It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the City of Mandurah Local Planning Scheme amendment on 28 August 2023(a) for the purpose of modifying the R-Code density for specified lots in Mandurah and Greenfields, adding 'Hotel' to SU2 for Lot 2002 Marina Quay Drive, Erskine, and amending Schedule A regarding tree removal.
