Country Areas Water Supply (Derby Water Reserve) Order 2017 made by the Governor in Executive Council under section 9(1) of the Act. Constitutes the Derby Water Reserve with boundaries defined by coordinates annexed to the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation Plan WT11165 and shown on the plan in Schedule 1.
