These regulations are the Road Traffic (Drug Driving) Amendment Regulations 2017. These regulations amend the Road Traffic (Drug Driving) Regulations 2007. Schedule 2 Division 1 heading replaced. In Schedule 2 clause 1 delete “Cozart Drug Detection System —” and insert: Securetec Drugwipe II Twin Combo —. In Schedule 2 delete clauses 2, 3 and 4 and insert new clauses regarding collecting and testing oral fluid using a Securetec Drugwipe II Twin Combo.
