It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Dardanup Local Planning Scheme amendment on 14 June 2019 for the purpose of amending Lot 9 Hynes Road, Waterloo from ‘Small Holding’ zone to ‘Small Holding’ zone and ‘Additional Use’ zone, including additional use no. 20, amending the scheme maps accordingly, and amending the definition given to ‘Funeral Parlour’ at Clause 1.8.2 of the Scheme Text.
