It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Dardanup Local Planning Scheme amendment on 14 August 2023 for the purpose of— 1. Rezoning portion Lot 2 Harold Douglas Drive and portion Lot 185 Venn Road Dardanup West from ‘General Farming’ to ‘Small Holding’; 2. Amending Appendix VIII to include Area 19—Dardanup Park and inserting additional requirements and modifications to the provisions of the Scheme Text.
