It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and development act 2005 that the minister for planning approved the shire of dardanup local planning scheme amendment on 20 april 2018 for the purpose of— (a) rezoning pt lt 75 clarke street, burekup from ‘general farming’ to ‘residential’ with a density coding of ‘r15’; and (b) modifying the scheme map accordingly.
