These regulations are the contaminated sites amendment regulations 2022. These regulations amend the contaminated sites regulations 2006. Deletes regulation 15. In regulation 23, amends paragraphs relating to source and affected sites. Deletes regulations 66 and 67 and inserts new regulation 66 regarding publication of appeal decisions.
