Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estates of the undermentioned deceased persons, are required to send particulars of their claims to Cornerstone Legal of Suite 1, 280 Bannister Road, Canning Vale on or before the expiration of one month from the date of publication of this notice after which date the respective trustees may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which it then has notice—byrne, mark alaric of 17 formosa pass, canning vale, fabricator/welder, died on 25 october 2020. coulson, penelope juanette of capecare, 20 ray avenue, busselton, nurse, died on 21 june 2018. coulson, peter james of 25 frankland way, west busselton, civil engineer, died on 16 july 2020.
