Fire Break Notice 2019-2020 — City of Subiaco

Notice Text
Pursuant to the powers contained in Section 33 of the Bush Fires Act 1954, you are required on or before 1 December 2019, or within fourteen (14) days of becoming the owner or occupier after 1 December 2019, and thereafter up to and including 31 March 2020, to remove all inflammable matter from the land. The penalty for failing to comply with this notice is a fine up to $5,000.00.
