The Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) has considered all submissions received in regard to Peel Region Scheme amendment 046/41—Lot 221 Lakes Road and parts of Lot 400 Paterson Road, Nambeelup. This proposal was first published in the Government Gazette on 18 April 2019. The amendment, as advertised, has been presented to, and approved by the Governor in accordance with the requirements of the Planning and Development Act 2005.
