Creditors, claimants and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of Shane Christopher Flanders, late of [contact details redacted] about 28 January 2016, are required by the administrators, Stephen Robert Flanders and Michelle Debra Flanders, to send to solicitors for the administrators, Templar Legal Pty Ltd, [contact details redacted] 30 days of this notice. After such date, the administrators may convey or distribute the assets of the estate having regard only to the claims of which the administrators then has notice.
