Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 15 may 2020 at hollywood private hospital, nedlands, western australia aforesaid are required by the executors and trustees of care of messrs dwyer durack lawyers of 8th floor, [contact details redacted] of their claims to them by 8 april 2021 after which date the trustees may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
