This notice amends the Planning and Development (Fees) Notice 2021 and replaces Schedule 1 with updated fees for various planning and subdivision applications, including fees for approval of subdivision, amended plans, reconsideration of decisions, endorsement of plans, approval and endorsement of proposed leases or licenses, and issue of certificates under region planning schemes.
