These regulations amend the Criminal Procedure Regulations 2005. Includes insertion of regulation 13AA regarding applications under Bail Act 1982 section 54 and amendment of regulation 14. Schedule 1 is amended to include Form 5A for applications under Bail Act 1982 s. 54.
