Given by the board for the purposes of section 168 of the Workers’ Compensation and Injury Management Act 1981 (the act). Notice is given that on 8 february 2022, the governor, acting under section 168 of the act and with the advice and consent of executive council, ordered that the exemption given to elite lubricant services pty ltd under section 164 be revoked. This revocation ensures elite lubricant services pty ltd is no longer part of bp australia pty ltd’s exempt employer approval.
