Pursuant to the powers conferred by the District Court of Western Australia Act 1969 I hereby appoint the following sittings of the District Court for the year 2021. Civil sittings at Perth shall commence on Tuesday 12 January and shall continue, except for the Winter Recess and for public holidays, until Friday 24 December. The Winter Recess for 2021 shall commence on Sunday 4 July and shall terminate on Sunday 18 July.
