Amends the mental health regulations 2015 regarding the mental health tribunal's functions.

These regulations are the mental health amendment regulations (no. 2) 2020. These regulations come into operation as follows — (a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the gazette; (b) the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day. These regulations amend the mental health regulations 2015. In regulation 20 — (a) in paragraph (b) delete “public.” and insert: public; (b) after paragraph (b) insert: (c) to the mental health tribunal for the purposes of the performance of the tribunal’s functions.
