Under the powers conferred by the Local Government Act 1995, the Council of the City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder resolved on 23 April 2018 to make the following local law. This local law may be cited as the City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder Activities on Thoroughfares and Trading in Thoroughfares and Public Places Amendment Local Law 2018. This local law comes into operation 14 days after the date of its publication in the Government Gazette.
