Under the powers conferred by the Local Government Act 1995, the council of the City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder resolved on 12 August 2019 to make the following local law, which amends the City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder Activities on Thoroughfares and Trading in Thoroughfares and Public Places Local Law, as published in the Government Gazette on 18 August 2000.

Appoints Corinna Smith and Charlotte Huckerby as authorised officers and Amanda McDonald as registration officer for the City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder.
