In accordance with Section 45 (1) (a) of the Racing and Wagering Western Australia Act 2003, notice is hereby given that the Board of Racing and Wagering WA on 5 May 2021,12 May 2021 and 21 July 2021 resolved that the RWWA Rules of Thoroughbred Racing 2019 be amended as followsโ amendments to local rules with effect from 1 August 2021 add lr 313 amendments to national rules with effect from 1 august 2021 add tor sub-rules 6(6) and 6(7) amendments to national rules amend ar 297(4)(d). A copy of the above rules may be obtained during office hours from the rwwa offices at 14 hasler road, osborne park 6017, wa or racing and wagering western australia website, www.rwwa.com.au.
