In accordance with Section 45 (1) (a) of the Racing and Wagering Western Australia Act 2003, notice is hereby given that the Board of Racing and Wagering WA on 30 July 2024 resolved that the RWWA Rules of Thoroughbred Racing 2019 be amended as followsโ amendments to local rules effective 1 October 2024 amend local sub-rules 313(2) and 225(a) add local sub-rules 313(8) and 313(9) a copy of the above rules may be obtained during office hours from the RWWA offices at 14 Hasler Road, Osborne Park 6017, WA or Racing and Wagering Western Australia website, www.rwwa.com.au.
