The Council of the City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder resolved on 12 August 2019 to make the following local law. This local law amends the City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder Local Government Property Local Law 2010, as published in the Government Gazette on 15 August 2011. Includes amendments to clauses regarding nuisance, obstruction, prohibited behaviour, and prescribed offences with modified penalties.
