Notice Text

The Council of the City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder resolved on 23 April 2018 to make the following local law. This local law may be cited as the City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder Local Government Property Amendment Local Law 2018 and comes into operation 14 days after the date of its publication in the Government Gazette. The Principal Local Law is amended as set out in clause 5-8 of this local law.
