Made under the Waste Avoidance and Resource Recovery Amendment (Container Deposit) Act 2019 section 2(b) by the Governor in Executive Council. This proclamation is the Waste Avoidance and Resource Recovery Amendment (Container Deposit) Act 2019 Commencement Proclamation 2019. The Waste Avoidance and Resource Recovery Amendment (Container Deposit) Act 2019, other than sections 1 and 2, comes into operation on the day after the day on which this proclamation is published in the Gazette.
