Alistair Jones, Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Department responsible for the administration of the Waste Avoidance and Resource Recovery Act 2007, delegates powers and duties under section 92 of the Act to various positions within the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation. Delegation No. 12 dated 28 June 2024 and published in the Gazette on 09 August 2024 is revoked.
