I, Mike Rowe, in my capacity as Chief Executive Officer of the Department responsible for the administration of the Waste Avoidance and Resource Recovery Act 2007 (“the Act”), and pursuant to section 92 of the Act, hereby delegate to the holders for the time being of the following offices of the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation my powers and duties under section 47F of the Act; and regulations 3I, 3J, 3K, 3L, 3M, 3N, 3O, 3P, 3Q, 3R, 3S, 3T and 3W of the Waste Avoidance and Resource Recovery (Container Deposit Scheme) Regulations 2019, other than this power of delegation.
