I, Amber-Jade Sanderson MLA, Minister for Energy for the State of Western Australia, hereby made a Determination under section 16.1 of the Electricity Networks Access Code 2004 established under section 104 of the Electricity Industry Act 2004. This Determination may be cited as the Electricity Networks Access Code 2004 Priority Project Determination (Clean Energy Link East—Stage One) 2026. It comes into operation on the date of publication in the Gazette. The project includes establishing bays at Cordering and Shotts terminals, adding bays and completing a transformer connection at Muja terminal substation, and adding high capacity 330kV lines between Muja, Cordering, and Shotts terminals, along with consequential works in the Collie region and undergrounding of strategic line crossings.
