General retail shops, other than motor vehicle shops, in the Kalgoorlie-Boulder local government district are authorised to be open at times when those shops would otherwise be required to be closed on Thursday 26 December 2019 from 9.00 am until 2.00 pm. This order has effect despite the Retail Trading Hours (City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder) Variation Order 2019. This order does not affect the operation of the Retail Trading Hours (Burt Street Precinct, Boulder) Exemption Order 2001.
