It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the City of Gosnells Town Planning Scheme amendment on 14 November 2022 for the purpose of— 1. Schedule 8—Development Contribution Plans (Attachments G and H) as follows— The period of operation of this DCP is deemed to continue and remain in operation until 30 January 2026 notwithstanding any other provision of the Scheme.
