It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and development act 2005 that the minister for planning approved the abovementioned amendment to the city of gosnells town planning scheme no. 6 on 18 december 2024 for the purpose of— modifying schedule 8—development contribution plans (attachment a, b and d) as follows— period of operation the period of operation of this dcp is deemed to continue and remain in operation until 1 november 2028, notwithstanding any other provision of the scheme.
