It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the City of Gosnells Town Planning Scheme amendment on 27 April 2022 for the purpose of— 1. Amend the Scheme Map to reclassify a portion of Charles Hook Park being Lots 1211, 2496, 2513 Princess Street, Lots 2403, 4053 Scole Place, Huntingdale from Local Open Space to Residential R25 and no zone. 2. Amending the Scheme Map accordingly.
