These regulations are the Environmental Protection Amendment Regulations 2018. They amend the Environmental Protection Regulations 1987. Includes definitions for 'clean fill premises' and 'Landfill Waste Classification and Waste Definitions 1996'. Schedule 1 is amended to update items 63 to 66 and item 89 regarding landfill site classifications.
