These regulations are the road traffic (vehicles) amendment regulations (no. 2) 2017. For the purposes of section 18 of the act, the specified day in relation to these regulations is 1 july 2017. These regulations amend the road traffic (vehicles) regulations 2014. In regulation 69: (a) in paragraph (a) delete βcrownβ and insert: crown in right of the state (b) delete paragraph (b); (c) in paragraph (c)(i) delete βcrown; andβ and insert: crown in any capacity or a local government; and
