These regulations are the road traffic (vehicles) amendment regulations (no. 3) 2017. These regulations come into operation as follows โ (a) regulations 1 and 2 โ on the day on which these regulations are published in the gazette; (b) the rest of the regulations โ on the day after that day. These regulations amend the road traffic (vehicles) regulations 2014. In regulation 454a delete the definition of relevant offence. In regulation 454p: (a) delete paragraph (a); (b) delete paragraph (b)(ii); (c) delete paragraph (c) and insert: (c) the holder is convicted of โ (i) an offence against a road law; or (ii) an offence against a law of another place that substantially corresponds to an offence against a road law.
