These regulations are the Trans-Tasman Mutual Recognition (Western Australia) (Temporary Exemption) Amendment Regulations 2023. These regulations come into operation as follows: regulations 1 and 2 on the day of gazettal; the rest on 1 March 2023. These regulations amend the Trans-Tasman Mutual Recognition (Western Australia) (Temporary Exemption) Regulations 2021.
