It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and development act 2005 that the minister for planning approved the town of mosman park local planning scheme amendment on 26 april 2023 for the purpose of— 1. Modifying table 4—'specified additional uses for zoned land in the scheme area' to delete conditions (a)—(e) and modify condition (f) of the restaurant/café additional use right applicable to lot 42 (no. 13) gill street, mosman park as shown below—
