The Town of Mosman Park makes the following Local Planning Scheme under the powers conferred by the Planning and Development Act 2005. This local planning scheme is the Town of Mosman Park Local Planning Scheme No. 3. Under section 87(4) of the Act, this local planning scheme comes into operation on the day on which it is published in the Gazette. Town of Mosman Park Town Planning Scheme No. 2 gazetted 8 October 1999 is revoked.
