It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the City of Mandurah Town Planning Scheme amendment on 20 April 2018 for the purpose of— amending the Scheme Maps to include an Additional Use overlay on Lot 1175, No. 2835 Old Coast Road, Herron and inserting provisions into Appendix 2—Additional Uses.
