Pursuant to Section 33 of the Bush Fires Act 1954, landowners in the City of Mandurah must carry out fire prevention work by 17 November 2018 and maintain it until 31 May 2019. Failure to comply may result in an infringement notice or prosecution. Alternative fire prevention methods can be applied for by 1 November 2018.
