Michelle Andrews, acting as the Chief Executive Officer of the Department responsible for the administration of the Environmental Protection Act 1986, delegates powers and duties under specified sections and regulations of the Act and the Environmental Protection (Clearing of Native Vegetation) Regulations 2004 to specified offices within the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation. Delegation Nos. 152, 155 and 156 are revoked.
