These regulations are the mental health amendment regulations (no. 3) 2020. Regulations 1 and 2 commence on the day of gazettal, and the rest of the regulations commence the day after. These regulations amend the mental health regulations 2015. Regulation 4a(3) is amended to update the table with thomas blacklay mole's registration number.
